***ATTENTION SAGE WEB USERS*** Effective Monday, April 6, 2009, SAGE Web case functionality will be replaced with our new Service Order Functionaliy. You will not be able to create or update SAGE Web case starting April 5, 2009. |

On 4/6 you must use the new Service Order functionality accessible via the McKesson Customer Portal to submit product support requests. |

If you have not done so already, please register for a Customer Portal ID at https://customerportal.mckesson.com/, navigate to the Services and Support page, and view the Computer-Based Training modules that walk you through the new functionality step-by-step. |

YOU MUST REGISTER WITH THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS THAT IS ON YOUR SAGE WEB CONTACT RECORD. To see what is on your SAGE Web contact record, you may log onto SAGE Web and navigate to the Manage Contacts menu item. If your contact record does not have the correct email, please CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT and have them update your email address on your contact record in our NEW system. This will ensure a smooth transition.
